Job summary

Truist is seeking a customer service–oriented professional to provide timely client transactions and maintain accurate records at the branch. You will guide clients through digital banking tools and explore opportunities to assist with IRM activities, while ensuring compliance with internal controls and policies.

You will also support sales outreach, handle complex transactions with guidance, and participate in training to deepen product knowledge for consumer and business clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients with courteous conversation and handling transactions.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service banking options to enhance their service experience.
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and trainings.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
