Truist is hiring for a Regular, 1st shift role in the United States to provide timely client transactions and accurate records, delivering superior service while identifying financial needs. You will cross-train to support sales and service activities and assist with outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM).

The position requires a high school diploma and teller or cash handling experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work weekends or extended hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master personal computer (PC) keyboard and software skills necessary for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required to include temporary assignment or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included.

Responsabilités

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle complex and standardized transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support team sales process by outbound calls, checking for client offers, and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand the importance of Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in the Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance product knowledge through training and meetings.
• Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
