Job summary

Truist is seeking a customer-focused professional to deliver timely client transactions and maintain accurate records. You will assist clients with opportunities, promote digital solutions, and support outbound outreach while aligning with Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) practices.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication skills, can multi-task in a busy branch, and are willing to travel for staffing needs. Regular shifts may include weekends and extended hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller, cash handling, or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
• Willingness to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and handling complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales through outbound calls and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
