You will support outbound client outreach, apply IRM concepts, and participate in leadership routines while maintaining accurate records and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Two years teller or cash handling experience required.
• Six months of client relationship or sales experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel for staffing needs.
• Weekend/extended hours availability may be required.
• Proficiency with PC keyboard and basic software tools.
• Knowledge of branch automation systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive client experience and handle complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions and banking channels.
• Support sales through outbound calls and identify client needs.
• Demonstrate Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) concepts.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to advance product knowledge.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
