Job summary

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is seeking an Associate Account Manager. You will be the front-line problem solver for ADP clients, handling time-sensitive issues, answering questions, training users on ADP technology, and more.

The role focuses on supporting clients with 50–999 employees and thrives in a metrics-driven call center environment with ample learning and growth opportunities. You will build rapport, communicate clearly, and maintain professionalism over phone and written channels,

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to work overtime during peak seasons.
• College degree is not required; relevant experience accepted.
• Military experience with teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through can help build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Be a Trusted Advisor and Problem Solver. Resolve issues with a broad perspective and seek positive outcomes.
• Build Relationships with clients via phone, email, and chat, aiming to exceed expectations while upholding integrity.
• Educate clients on ADP products and services and translate input into practical recommendations for leaders.
• Organize a daily schedule to manage a high volume of inbound calls, with peak-season flexibility.
