Job summary

Gartner, Inc. seeks a Client Onboarding specialist to ensure clients receive value beyond their investment.

You will surface client priorities, articulate Gartner value, onboard clients and drive engagement with Gartner resources and the gartner.com platform. You will work in New Client Engagement, partnering with Sales and Insights Platform walkthrough to demonstrate capabilities and deliver a tailored onboarding experience, helping executives solve critical challenges together with Gartner

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and relevant internship experience.
• Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking and influencing skills.
• Agility and flexibility with good time management and organizational skills.
• Fully bilingual in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Lead prospect and/or client calls to understand priorities and articulate Gartner value.
• Collaborate with Sales to demonstrate products and resources to prospects or clients.
• Research companies, executives and trends to tailor Gartner resources for impact.
