Job summary

Canon USA in Omaha, NE seeks a front-line, customer-focused associate responsible for prompt delivery of on-site work and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will handle copy/print production, respond to requests via multiple channels, maintain equipment, and help document site procedures, with possible shifts and cross-functional trainings. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring basic computer skills and flexibility to work OT.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED and less than one year of related experience.
• Basic computer skills and ability to multitask.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work OT and travel between client locations if required.
• May require driving between multiple client locations and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Inform supervisor of potential problems or customer concerns promptly.
• Review and respond to management and client requests via emails, phone calls, text messages and verbal.
• Provide good customer service.
• Contribute to the creation of the Site Procedure Guide to document account processes.
• Handle Copy/Print Production tasks: printing, binding, laminating, and quality checks.
• Receive, log, deliver and track activity for reporting purposes.
• Respond to customer requests and perform routine equipment maintenance.
• Attend cross-functional trainings to provide coverage when short-staffed.
• Site responsibility and location of coverage may change based on client needs.
