Job summary

ADP is hiring an Associate Account Manager in Dallas. You will be the front-line contact for client questions, issue resolution, and user training on ADP technology, helping clients achieve success and protecting ADP’s service reputation with every interaction.

In a metrics-driven, high-volume environment, you will build relationships by phone, email, and chat, educate clients on product value, and organize your day to handle peak periods while maintaining integrity and excellent service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service environment.
• Overtime hours during peak seasons may be required.
• College degree is nice but not required; military experience can be relevant.

Responsibilities

• Serve as front-line for client questions, issue resolution, and user training on ADP technology.
• Build relationships with clients via phone, email, and chat, aiming to exceed expectations.
• Educate clients on product value and provide recommendations to leaders on best practices and training.
• Organize daily schedule to manage high-volume inbound calls, with peak periods at year-end.
