CBRE is seeking a Account Management Manager to oversee a small to mid-sized team responsible for delivering client commitments. The role sits within Operations Management, coordinating staff functions and supporting the organization’s goals and strategies.

You will supervise staff, coordinate daily activities, define project requirements with sales, manage client relationships, monitor service levels, and mentor the team to meet contractual obligations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated information and convey performance expectations.

Responsabilités

• Provide formal supervision to employees, monitor training and development, conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks and cross-train staff, set deadlines.
• Consult with sales professionals to define basic project requirements and inform management of potential risks and action plans.
• Assist with coordination of resources needed to service projects and build strategic operational plans.
• Manage sales and relationships with small to medium-sized clients and identify new opportunities.
• Monitor service level performance to ensure client service levels are met and exceeded and present findings to Sr. Management.
