Job summary

CBRE's Building Operations & Experience Local is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a small to mid-size team delivering client commitments within facilities management. You will coordinate daily activities, schedule work, and ensure projects meet contractual obligations.

You will partner with sales to define project requirements, manage relationships with clients, monitor service levels, and escalate risks. Leadership and coaching experience are essential to drive quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, and measuring performance preferred.
• Ability to communicate sensitive information and guide teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees, monitor training and development, conduct evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate and manage daily team activities, set schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
• Consult with sales to define project requirements and inform leadership of risks and action plans.
