CharterUP is seeking a Client Solutions Partner to drive revenue with inbound and outbound sales, building a personal book of business and delivering fast quotes using our marketplace tech. You will handle hundreds of customer interactions weekly, close new accounts, and grow recurring ones with high urgency and precision.

You’ll work in a remote-first, growth-focused environment, leveraging Salesforce, Outreach, G-Suite, Slack, and proprietary tools to quote accurately and document activity.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in sales, account management, or hybrid revenue roles with targets achieved.
• Ability to manage and grow a book of business, expanding spend and retention.
• Experience balancing high-volume inbound with targeted outbound prospecting.

• Hit and exceed metrics for conversion, revenue, and account growth.
• Manage high volume inbound leads and outbound reactivation.
