Job summary

Paychex is seeking an Inside Sales Representative – Client Solutions to drive revenue within an existing client base in the Tempe hub. You will own the full sales cycle from outreach to closing, acting as a trusted advisor to deepen client partnerships.

The role requires working in-person at the sales hub 5x per week, with responsibilities including presenting Paychex solutions, identifying expansion opportunities, and maintaining CRM records. This is a full-time position with growth potential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 1 year of Inside Sales experience.
• 2 years of sales experience.
• Sales-related qualifications preferred.
• Writing and communication skills preferred.
• Resourcefulness and persuasion skills preferred.
• Rapport-building abilities preferred.
• Inside Sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Present Paychex solutions to final decision makers and end users.
• Drive revenue by closing cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Proactively engage accounts via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of expansion opportunities.
• Present tailored HCM solutions aligned to client goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-value solutions.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas and performance targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast pipelines.
