Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, or other relevant field required.
• 4 years of sales experience as a high performer.
• 1 year of leadership experience.
• 1 year of inside sales experience.
• 1 year of experience in the HCM industry.
• Sales is preferred.
• Coaching is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Human Capital Management Inside Sales team.
• Achieve corporate objectives and quotas within budgeted guidelines.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and conduct performance reviews; coach and mentor reps.
• Mentor reps to improve selling skills and ensure consistency.
• Supervise daily activities and KPIs to meet Paychex goals; adjust forecasts as needed.
• Identify potential management candidates and promote career paths for reps.
• Represent the corporation positively to clients and the community.
• Ensure weekly activity reports, commission audits, and expense reports are accurate.
• Foster a culture of proactivity, resilience, and accountability.
