Job summary

Paychex is seeking an HCM Inside Sales Representative to own the end‑to‑end sales cycle for mid‑market clients (10–49 employees). This role is based in our sales hub and requires in‑person work 5 days a week, engaging prospects by phone, email, and virtual channels to close deals and hit targets.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of inside sales experience, a H.S. diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), and familiarity with Salesforce and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Inside sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Familiarity with mid‑market HCM products and a consultative selling approach.
• Strong prospecting and pipeline management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Engage in outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social channels.
• Present Paychex products to decision‑makers and end users.
• Maintain accurate new business paperwork and activity reports.
• Use tools to track activities and forecast outcomes.
