ADP is seeking a Client Support Consultant for December 2026 / May 2027 grads. You will resolve client questions using our training programs and service guidelines, acting as a trusted advisor for ADP products and services.

You’ll build client relationships over the phone, deliver solutions, and share best practices with leadership. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential in this fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• December 2026 or May 2027 grads preferred.
• At least one year in a customer service environment.
• Strong focus on client satisfaction in HR/HRIS context with systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Be the Go-To Person and Trusted Advisor: serve as a consultant servicing ADP's products/technologies.
• Build relationships with clients over the phone to provide solutions and demonstrate product value.
• Provide recommendations to leadership around best practices and training based on client input.
