Job summary

ADP is hiring an Associate Client Support Consultant (Spring 2026 Graduates). This role serves as the front-line for solving clients' challenges, including issue resolution, answering questions, training users on ADP technology, and more, for clients with 1–49 employees.

You will work in a metrics-driven call center, build rapport with clients over the phone and in writing, and embody a culture of inclusion.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a customer service environment or as an HR/HRIS practitioner with systems experience.
• Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons.
• College degree is great but not required; practical skills prioritized.

Responsibilities

• Provide client support, resolving payroll issues and answering questions to ensure client satisfaction.
• Train clients on ADP technology and collaborate with multiple business units.
• Maintain a high-volume call center mindset with structured daily scheduling.
