Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a customer service environment or as an HR/HRIS practitioner with systems experience.
• Ability to work overtime during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Client Support: help clients manage payroll solutions, troubleshoot issues, and resolve questions.
• Learn: continuously upgrade knowledge on payroll, compliance, SOPs, and desktop support tools.
• Organize: follow a daily schedule and handle a high volume of inbound calls
