Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred or comparable work experience.
• 3 yrs supervisory experience as a manager in a professional business setting.
• Communicate effectively with diverse groups and clients.
• Proven ability to deliver high quality production and customer service.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all client services at the assigned site with superior service.
• Resolve high-priority problems through negotiation with clients and vendors.
• Manage budget, resources, and forecast expenses.
• Maintain status and productivity reports for staff performance.
• Act as liaison between client and CBPS.
• Schedule work and coordinate with backup facilities.
