Job summary

Arvato is a leading global 3PL service provider delivering supply chain management and e-commerce solutions. As Client Services Representative in Louisville, you will manage customer accounts, ensure SLAs, and support order management and inventory updates for international and domestic clients.

You will collaborate with Account Managers, provide technical advice, and help resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least two years of Customer Service Experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Office at intermediate to advanced level, with Excel.
• PowerPoint and Power BI experience.
• Must display initiative and flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Experience in 3PL, Supply Chain, Logistics or related fields preferred.
• Ecommerce experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts while ensuring SLAs are met.
• Prepare and maintain status reports and modify schedules as needed.
• Assist the Account Manager with technical advice and problem-solving.
• Handle order management and inventory updates.
• Provide customer support for international and domestic clients.
