Job summary

Arvato, a leading global 3PL provider, seeks an Outbound Supervisor in Louisville, KY to ensure timely order completion and optimize labor resources. You will manage pick/pack/ship operations, oversee shipping, and train new staff in a fast-paced environment.

Role requires 3 years of supervisory experience and WMS familiarity; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. This on-site position offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within a dynamic logistics team.

Qualifications

• 3 years of supervisory experience or equivalent.
• 3 years in a WMS environment.
• Experience with inventory research.

Responsibilities

• Supervise labor and equipment for Pick/Pack/Ship operations.
• Ensure on-time order completion meeting customer requirements.
• Oversee shipping, pick, pack, and traffic operations.
• Coordinate activities of employees.
• Receive and transfer materials.
• Hire and train new staff for picking, packing, and shipping.
• Maintain procedures and quality processes.
• Monitor KPIs and WMS reporting in Kronos/Excel.
• Ensure shift-end procedures and close-outs are completed.
