Job summary

Arvato is a leading global 3PL service provider delivering logistics excellence for consumer products across international markets. The Client Services Representative will manage customer accounts, ensure SLAs are met, and assist the Account Manager with technical advice and problem solving.

You will handle order management, inventory updates, shipment tracking, and support both domestic and international clients with effective communication and documented case activity.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel at an advanced level.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and ensure SLAs are met.
• Prepare and maintain status reports for accounts.
• Assist Account Manager with technical advice and problem solving.
• Handle order management and inventory updates
• Support international and domestic clients with shipment tracking
• Communicate with carriers using approved templates and SOPs
• Maintain shipment documentation (BOL, PRO, POD)
• Update systems with shipment status and notes
