Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Excel at an intermediate to advanced level.
• Bachelor’s degree; high school diploma or equivalent also acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and ensure SLA compliance.
• Prepare and maintain status reports and modify schedules as needed.
• Assist Account Manager with technical advice and problem-solving.
• Handle order management, inventory updates, and support for international and domestic clients.
• Maintain shipment tracking using dashboards and update systems with status notes.
• Escalate issues per defined processes.
