Job summary

Arvato is seeking a Reverse Logistics Manager in Louisville, KY to lead a client-focused team delivering on SLAs. You will manage daily operations, ensure resources are available, and maintain strong client and internal stakeholder relationships.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Customer Service Management/Account Management, excellent communication, and a proven ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Experience in reverse logistics and SAP/Excel is preferred.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years in customer service management/account management.
• Able to work in a demanding, problem-solving environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Assertive, analytical and able to set priorities.
• Experience in customer service management/reverse logistics in a supply chain.
• Advanced Excel skills preferred.
• Good working knowledge of SAP preferred.
• Strong analytical skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, hire, train and evaluate a team of Client Service Representatives and coach for high-quality service.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and act as liaison between client expectations and operations to meet SLAs.
• Manage operational reporting for each client, including data for invoicing and monthly volume forecasts.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key decision makers across departments to align client needs and business goals.
• Review SOWs, monitor daily activities to meet SLAs and review weekly scorecards to track performance.
