Job summary

Arvato Bertelsmann seeks a Client Services Representative to manage customer accounts, ensure SLA compliance, and support the Account Manager with technical guidance. You will handle orders, inventory updates, and provide support for both international and domestic clients.

The role requires strong Excel skills, Power BI, SAP knowledge, and experience in 3PL or ecommerce environments. Excellent communication and organization are essential in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• At least two years of Customer Service Experience.
• At least 2 years using Microsoft Office; intermediate to advanced level experience in Excel required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Microsoft Office experience in PowerPoint and Power BI.
• SAP knowledge.
• 3PL, Supply Chain, Logistics or similar experience preferred.
• Ecommerce experience preferred.
• Project management experience.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Solid analytical ability.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and ensure SLAs are met.
• Prepare and maintain status reports and modify schedules as needed.
• Assist Account Manager with technical advice and problem-solving.
• Handle order management and inventory updates.
• Provide customer support for international and domestic clients.
• Support end-to-end shipment tracking and follow SOPs.
• Monitor shipments using dashboards and identify aging items.
• Classify delivery exceptions and follow resolution processes.
• Assist with appointment scheduling and updates.
• Communicate with carriers using approved templates.
• Maintain and retrieve shipment documentation (BOL, PRO, POD).
• Compile required documentation for cases and escalations.
• Perform basic data checks for shipment accuracy.
• Update systems with shipment status and notes.
• Document case activity with next steps and ownership.
• Capture initial details for shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
• Follow SOPs for returns, refusals, and reconsignment requests.
• Recognize standard accessorial types.
• Provide updates to internal stakeholders when requested.
• Follow routing guides and SOPs for all clients.
• Escalate issues according to defined processes.
