Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) is seeking an Assistant Client Relations Executive Customer Representative to oversee lab sample intake and coordinate daily client communications. The role requires multitasking in a fast-paced environment with courteous customer service.

Responsibilities include sample verification, client interactions via phone, email, or in-person, and maintaining accurate data in the Tracker LIMS system.

Qualifications

• Customer Service experience 2+ years preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship.
• Professional working proficiency in English (reading, writing and speaking).

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound client communications via phone and/or email in a timely, solutions-oriented manner.
• Sign in, verify, and organize samples against Chain of Custody documentation to ensure accuracy and proper sample tracking.
• Assist walk-in clients with sample submission, provide information on services and project preparation.
• Update client and project data records in the Tracker LIMS system.
• Collaborate with laboratory/operations personnel to resolve client inquiries.
• Process credit card transactions using Stripe.
• Provide clients with supplies.
• Stocking front office supplies and snacks for clients and staff.
• Ability to assist with administrative and laboratory tasks as necessary
