Job summary

Eurofins Scientific seeks a Client Services Coordinator to facilitate day-to-day communications between clients and laboratories, manage sample intake and data entry in LIMS/CRM, and ensure timely, accurate reports.

You will support project teams, handle inquiries, and maintain high standards of client service in a fast-paced lab environment, with regular hours in Chantilly, VA. Requires biology degree, Excel proficiency, and 1–2 years customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Biology preferred.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Experience in a laboratory setting is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound/outbound client communications via phone/email.
• Advise walk-in clients on service information and project prep.
• Update client and project data in LIMS/CRM systems.
• Collaborate with lab/ops to resolve inquiries and improve processes.
• Review and emit reports promptly to clients.
• Invoicing and data entry tasks as needed.
