Job summary

Eurofins Scientific is seeking a Client Service Specialist to support inbound/outbound client conversations, document client info, and maintain strong client relationships. You will manage SSRs, assist with order workflows and reporting, and ensure timely, accurate communication across testing teams.

The role emphasizes quality compliance, collaboration with cross‑functional groups, and adherence to procedural standards in a laboratory environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in biology or chemistry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound client calls and emails to address questions, requests, and service needs.
• Use active listening to confirm, clarify, and document client information accurately.
• Act as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing courteous, responsive, and professional support.
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with clients by understanding their needs and expectations.
• Address routine client inquiries and concerns promptly; elevate more complex issues as needed.
• Provide basic technical or product support and assist in problem resolution under established guidelines.
