Job summary

Eurofins Built Environment Testing is seeking an Assistant Client Relations Executive Customer Representative to join our team. The role oversees all samples entering the laboratory and facilitates day-to-day communication between our clients and the lab.

Responsibilities include following sample receiving procedures, client interactions by phone, email, and in person, and other administrative duties. The position requires 2+ years in customer service, strong English communication, and the

Qualifications

High School Diploma.
Customer Service 2+ years preferred.
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
Professional working proficiency in English (read, write and speak).

Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound client communications via phone and/or email in a timely, solutions-oriented manner.
Sign in, verify, and organize samples against Chain of Custody documentation to ensure accuracy and proper sample tracking.
Assist walk-in clients with sample submission, provide information on services and project preparation.
Update client and project data records in the Tracker LIMS system.
Collaborate with laboratory/operations personnel to resolve client inquiries.
Process credit card transactions using Stripe.
Provide clients with supplies.
Stocking front office supplies and snacks for clients and staff.
Assist with administrative and laboratory tasks as necessary.
