Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in client services.
• Knowledge of ISO 17025, DEA, EPA, FDA and related guidance.
• Associates degree in Chemistry or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine communications between the customer and the laboratory.
• Process mail, greet clients, answer phones.
• Route couriers for sample pickups.
• Receive samples from clients and confirm conditions on receipt.
• Assist in client invoicing and billing procedures.
