Job summary

Opensity Solutions in Louisville, KY is seeking a Site Manager to oversee daily operations at a client office and provide administrative support including copy, print, mail, hospitality, facilities and receptionist services.

You will supervise all site personnel, recruit and train staff, assign work, and develop the professional skills of the team while ensuring exceptional client service and compliance with performance standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; associates or bachelors degree preferred but not required.
• Previous supervisory experience in a client service-oriented field, preferably in a professional organization providing office services or administrative support.
• Detail oriented with good attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
• Ability to lead others in a professional manner.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft products including MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater.
• Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.
• Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Opensity, employees, and client.
• Supervise team to meet productivity and client service goals.
• Continuously look for opportunities to increase operation efficiency.
• Recommend service improvements to the client contact.
• Explain products, services, turnaround times, delivery schedules and guarantees to the client.
• Recruit and interview potential Opensity candidates for site positions.
• Hire, train, supervise, evaluate and develop site personnel.
• Schedule personnel to ensure coverage and minimize overtime.
• Track productivity and provide monthly leadership reports.
