Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in service operations or scheduling in the service industry.
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational and detail skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with internal and external clients.
• Ability to manage many projects and issues with tact and persistence.
• Prioritize work based on financial impact to business goals.
• Ability to influence diverse teams to accomplish tasks/goals.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Background in building management system/controls industry desirable.
• Experience with project accounting or costing principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive customer requests for unscheduled or scheduled service.
• Coordinate labor scheduling to align technicians with needs.
• Communicate action plans and services to customers.
• Ensure work meets customer expectations and follow up as needed.
• Answer inquiries and resolve or escalate issues appropriately.
• Debrief activities daily.
• Provide technicians with daily schedules and maintain communication.
• Follow up to ensure completion within established timeframes.
• Keep customer account info updated in NxGen.
• Attend weekly planning and scheduling meetings.
• Assist with time and expense reporting submission.
• Review and correct unassigned times on timesheets.
• Handle other duties and administrative tasks as assigned.
