Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Service Scheduler to coordinate customer service dispatch under supervision. This role manages technician calendars, ensures timely preventative maintenance, and communicates clearly with customers about planned services and outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma with 2–5 years in service scheduling, strong organization, and the ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining professionalism. A competitive benefits package is included.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate the ability to work independently with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks and issues with tact and persistence.
• Experience in service operations and/or service scheduling is required.

Responsibilities

• Receives and schedules customer calls for service under supervision.
• Manages schedule of technicians and mechanics for timely maintenance.
• Debriefs daily and ensures work aligns with customer expectations.
• Communicates plans and services to customers and documents updates in system.
• Keeps customer account information in NxGen up to date.
