Johnson Controls in San Diego seeks a service scheduling coordinator to manage technician calendars and customer communications. You will coordinate unscheduled and scheduled service visits, ensure timely maintenance, and debrief daily to resolve issues.

Responsibilities include planning labor, confirming actions with customers, and supporting time/expense reporting and materials coordination. Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks with professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, plus two to five years of service industry experience managing service operations and/or service scheduling.
• Must demonstrate the ability to perform work independently with strong organizational and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Receives and schedules customer calls for service under direct supervision.
• Manages the schedule of technicians and mechanics to ensure timely preventive maintenance.
• Debrief daily with technicians to resolve concerns quickly and update status in NxGen.
• Coordinate with Customer Billing Coordinators and Customer Support Coordinators to move jobs through the process.
• Communicate action plans and services to customers and follow up on customer satisfaction.
• Maintain daily technician schedules and ensure on-time service visits.
• Assist with time and expense reporting, timesheet corrections, and WIP management.
• Support with parts ordering, PO creation, and startup activities as needed.
