Johnson Controls is seeking a Scheduler/Lead Scheduler in Ohio to receive customer service requests, organize labor assignments, and ensure on-time delivery of preventative maintenance. You will coordinate with technicians, verify job completion, and communicate plans to customers while maintaining up-to-date account information in NxGen.

Responsibilities include daily scheduling, proactive follow-up, and collaboration with Customer Billing and Support teams to move jobs through processes.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently with solid organizational and detail skills.
• Strong interpersonal communication with internal and external clients.
• Able to manage many projects and tasks with tact and persistence.

Responsibilities

• Receives and schedules customer calls for service.
• Manages schedule of technicians and mechanics.
• Ensures schedules support timely preventative maintenance and monthly forecasts.
• Debriefs activities with technicians to resolve concerns quickly.
• Coordinate with billing and support to progress completed jobs.
