Job summary

Opensity Solutions in Detroit is seeking a Service Specialist to join our client's office. You will provide mail, copy, reception and hospitality support, ensuring smooth daily operations in a professional business environment.

The role requires ability to lift up to 40 lbs, multi-task and maintain a welcoming front-desk presence. Prior customer service experience is preferred; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and PTO.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year in customer services.
• Ability to multi-task with attention to detail.
• Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater.
• Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a wheeled cart up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Mail Services including metering, sorting, and distributing mail and packages.
• Copy Services: produce copy, print and scan projects per instructions.
• Reception: answer calls and route, greet visitors professionally.
• Hospitality: coordinate and maintain client conference rooms, kitchens and common areas.
• Floor Coordination: stocking supplies and general maintenance.
• Facilities: small moves and coordination with client contacts on building concerns.
