Opensity Solutions is seeking a Service Specialist to support our clients on-site in Detroit. You will handle mail, copying, reception, hospitality, and facilities tasks, ensuring client rooms and common areas are well maintained and stocked.

The role requires professional service, strong multitasking, and physical capability to lift and move packages. Hourly pay ranges from $20 to $22, with potential annual bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Mail services: meter, sort, and distribute mail and packages per schedule.
• Copy services: produce copy, print, and scan projects per instructions.
• Reception: answer calls and greet visitors professionally.
• Hospitality: manage client conference rooms, kitchens, and supplies.
• Facilities: assist with basic moves, room upkeep, and equipment needs.
