Job summary

SPS is seeking a Client Services Associate to perform mailroom, reception, and light maintenance duties in a professional office environment. The role supports onsite operations by handling mail, shipping/receiving, supplies, and front-of-office coverage with a focus on delivering exceptional service.

The position requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a professional appearance and attitude.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with good organizational skills.
• Familiarity with shipping/receiving procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star customer service to all employees.
• Process inbound/outbound mail and input into tracking software.
• Manage outgoing mail and shipping/receiving of materials.
• Assist with front-of-office coverage as needed.
• Maintain neat and orderly Business Service Center area.
