Job summary

SPS North America Inc. is seeking a Client Services Associate to provide office and mail services, handling shipping, printing, and mail center duties at our Colorado site. You will support staff with package processing, light facilities tasks, and courteous service in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. This role requires physical activity and occasional driving of a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years relevant work experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star customer service to all employees.
• Receive inbound mail & packages and use scanner for tracking.
• Send outgoing mail & packages using postage meter and shipping software.
• Light cleaning duties and keep mail center neat and organized.
• May drive a company vehicle on occasion.
