SPS is seeking a Client Services Associate in Colorado to deliver office and mail services, handling shipping, printing requests, mail delivery, and supplies stocking. The role emphasizes patient, courteous service and a professional image in a dynamic workplace.

The candidate will manage inbound/outbound mail, operate a scanner, and support operations while maintaining a clean, organized mail center. Some overtime and occasional driving may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years relevant work experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star customer service to all employees (in all forms of communication).
• Receive inbound mail & packages, use handheld scanner to capture package information in package tracking system.
• Handle items with safety & security procedures and QA processes.
• Send outgoing mail & packages using postage meter and shipping software.
• Answer emails, phone calls, and assist staff at the mail center.
• Perform light cleaning and maintain a neat mail center and stations.
• Cross-train in other mailroom areas; may drive company vehicle occasionally.
• Adhere to all policies and dress code; maintain a professional appearance.
