Job summary

SPS is seeking a Client Services Associate in Colorado to manage mail, shipping, printing, and related office support. You will handle inbound/outbound mail, track packages, assist site staff, and maintain copy rooms with excellent service.

Role requires strong communication, attention to safety, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Some overtime and occasional driving may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• 2+ years relevant work experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star customer service to all employees.
• Receive inbound mail and packages and track using the package system.
• Handle items per safety, security, and QA requirements.
• Send outgoing mail and packages using postage meter and shipping software.
• Respond to emails and phone inquiries from staff and clients.
• Light cleaning and maintenance of mail center and stations.
• Cross-train in other mailroom areas; may drive company vehicle.
