SPS Global is seeking a Client Services Associate - Mailroom to support mail processing, sorting, and delivery across nearby sites in a fast-paced corporate setting. You will manage inbound and outbound mail, operate postage meters, and keep accurate logs while delivering courteous service to employees and clients.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, and safety, with cross-site collaboration and the ability to lift up to 55 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in mailroom operations or shipping and receiving preferred.
• Strong customer service, attention to detail, and time management.
• Ability to follow procedures and safety guidelines.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties.
• Ability to work independently and with others across multiple sites.
• Proficiency with computer-based tracking systems.
• Background checks and fingerprinting may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support efficient mailroom operations across assigned locations.
• Receive, sort, process, and distribute mail and packages.
• Prepare outgoing mail and shipments with metering and documentation.
• Deliver mail and packages to designated locations in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate inbound/outbound logs and tracking systems.
• Notify employees of incoming packages and respond to inquiries.
• Coordinate cross-site mailroom support and follow site manager instructions.
