Job summary

SPS North America is seeking a Client Services Associate in Colorado to manage office and mail services, including shipping/receiving, printing requests, and mail center upkeep. The role requires attention to detail, good communication, and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include handling inbound/outbound mail, scanner tracking, and light facilities duties. Occasional driving of a company vehicle may be required; strong customer service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years relevant work experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of shipping procedures and basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star customer service to all employees.
• Receive, scan and track mail & packages; forward to recipients.
• Handle mail center operations with safety and security in mind.
• Process outgoing mail using postage meter and shipping software.
• Assist with inquiries via email/phone and maintain neat mail center.
