Aufgaben

• Receive, sort, process, and distribute inbound mail and packages accurately and efficiently.
• Manage outgoing mail, shipping transactions, and package preparation for delivery.
• Scan, log, and track incoming and outgoing shipments using designated tracking systems.
• Maintain accurate chain-of-custody records and delivery documentation.
• Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, ensuring proper handling of packages and materials.
• Select, package, and prepare inventory items for shipment according to order specifications.
• Monitor inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
• Notify employees of incoming deliveries and ensure timely distribution.
• Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries regarding mail, packages, and shipments.
• Organize and maintain a clean, secure mailroom and logistics workspace.
• Identify and resolve routine shipping, receiving, and delivery discrepancies.
• Support daily logistics operations while upholding service standards.
