Job summary

SPS North America is seeking a Client Services Associate in West Columbia, SC. The role centers on logistics and mail services, including inbound/outbound mail processing, shipping, inventory management, and day-to-day mailroom operations.

You will ensure accurate handling, timely deliveries, and excellent service for internal customers. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, process, and distribute inbound mail and packages accurately and efficiently.
• Manage outgoing mail, shipping transactions, and package preparation for delivery.
• Scan, log, and track incoming and outgoing shipments using designated tracking systems.
• Maintain accurate chain-of-custody records and delivery documentation.
• Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, ensuring packages and materials are handled appropriately.
• Notify employees of incoming deliveries and ensure timely distribution.
• Organize and maintain a clean, secure mailroom and logistics workspace.
• Identify and resolve routine shipping, receiving, and delivery discrepancies.
