Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years in hospitality, retail or office services preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Clean, professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Manage mail and packages lifecycle with chain-of-custody processes.
• Maintain show-ready spaces and conference rooms; ensure coffee and rooms are ready.
• Keep MFDs and printing equipment running; respond to outages.
• Assist with reception and concierge duties as needed.
• Support office moves, light maintenance, and inventory management.
