SPS North America is seeking a Client Services Associate who delivers 5-star service, manages mail and logistics, and maintains a premium environment for guests and employees. You will ensure the space is guest-ready, from coffee to conference rooms, and support office operations with professionalism.

The role requires a hospitality mindset, tech comfort with MS Office and shipping software, and the ability to move and lift as part of a dynamic facilities team.

Formación

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1+ years in hospitality, retail, or office services.
• Physicality: Stand/walk most of the day; lift up to 40 lbs (60 lbs with cart).
• Communication: Sharp verbal and written skills.

Responsabilidades

• Master the lifecycle of mail and packages.
• Maintain show-ready facilities and rooms.
• Keep MFDs and printing equipment running.
• Assist with reception and concierge as backup.
• Support office moves and inventory management.
