You will be the engine that keeps our office humming, delivering 5-star service to employees and guests. From managing mail and packages to maintaining conference rooms and supporting reception, you’ll ensure VIP-ready spaces, troubleshoot devices, and assist with moves and inventory.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1+ years in Hospitality, Retail, or Office Services is a plus.
• Physical: stand/walk most of day; lift up to 40 lbs (60 lbs with a cart).
• Communication: strong verbal and written skills for vendor/employee coordination.

Responsibilities

• The Logistics Lead: manage mail/packages lifecycle with secure intake and outbound shipping.
• The Experience Curator: maintain show-ready spaces, kitchens, conference rooms.
• The Problem Solver: keep MFDs and copy/print equipment running; first responder if down.
• The Front-of-House Pro: backup for reception/concierge, greet guests professionally.
• The Project Ally: assist with moves, light maintenance, and inventory management.
