You’ll maintain a premium service environment, manage office equipment, and provide backup reception support as required. This role emphasizes hospitality, organization, and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ years in Hospitality, Retail, or Office Services is a plus.
• Comfortable standing/walking for long periods; able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage mail and packages from intake to outbound shipping.
• Keep Business Service Center, kitchens, and conference rooms show-ready.
• Keep MFDs and copy/print equipment running; respond when issues arise.
• Assist with reception and concierge duties as needed.
• Support office moves, light maintenance, and inventory management.
