You will lead (with supervisor direction) client service activities and ensure timely processing of inbound/outbound mail and deliveries, maintaining a professional image and excellent service levels. Responsibilities

• Provides 5-star customer service to all employees.
• Receives inbound mail/packages and sorts incoming mail.
• Operates mail machines including postage meter, photocopying machine, and mail folding/insert machine.
• Maintains records of receipt, mailing dates, and other required information.
• Manages outgoing mail/package transactions.
• Distributes mail/packages to company personnel.
• Acts as point of contact for mail/package inquiries.
• Builds professional relationships with customers and other teams.
