You will develop partnerships with Administrators, manage workflows, and strive for operational excellence while supporting add-on opportunities and long-term client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Requires 5 years of related experience and management of two or more regular full-time employees.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
• May require up to 15% travel and lifting up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manages site staff and ensures compliance with standards.
• Develops and maintains relationships with Administrators.
• Maximizes customer satisfaction and profitability through planning and team development.
• Oversees scheduling, equipment use, and cost control.
